Getting Started

Welcome to InvestPro! This guide will help you navigate through the platform and make the most of your investment journey.

Quick Steps:
  1. Create your account with valid Gmail and phone number
  2. Activate subscription by paying the one-time fee
  3. Start receiving daily profit distributions

Registration

Requirements:
  • Valid Gmail account (@gmail.com only)
  • Valid phone number (minimum 10 digits, numbers only)
  • Password: minimum 4 characters, letters + numbers, no symbols
Steps:
  1. Click "Get Started" on the homepage
  2. Fill in your full name, email, phone, and password
  3. If you have a referral code, the referrer field will auto-fill
  4. Click "Register Now"
  5. Check your email for welcome message
You'll receive a welcome email after successful registration.

Subscription & Payment

Important: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Investment involves risk.
How to Activate:
  1. Login to your dashboard
  2. Click "Pay Now" button
  3. Choose your payment method (BTC, ETH, or USDT)
  4. Send the exact amount to the provided address
  5. Wait for blockchain confirmation (usually 10-30 minutes)
  6. Your subscription activates automatically
Subscription Details:
  • One-time payment for subscription period
  • You'll receive confirmation email upon activation
  • Subscription expiry date visible in your dashboard
  • Renewal reminders sent 7 days and 24 hours before expiry

Profit Distribution

How It Works:
  • Admin distributes profits from trading activities
  • Total profit amount is divided equally among all active subscribers
  • Example: $100 profit pool รท 50 users = $2.00 per user
Important Notes:
  • Only active subscribers receive distributions
  • Both profits AND losses are distributed equally
  • There is no guaranteed daily profit
  • You may experience days with no distribution or losses

Withdrawals

How to Withdraw:
  1. Go to Withdraw from your dashboard menu
  2. Select withdrawal method
  3. Enter your payment details (bank account, PayPal, crypto wallet)
  4. Enter the amount (within min/max limits)
  5. Submit your request
  6. Admin reviews and processes your withdrawal
Withdrawal Rules:
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply
  • Withdrawals are manually reviewed by admin
  • Processing time may vary
  • You can track withdrawal status in your history

Referral Program

How to Earn:
  1. Go to Referrals from your dashboard menu
  2. Copy your unique referral link
  3. Share with friends and family
  4. When they register and activate subscription, you earn a bonus
Referral Rules:
  • Bonus amount set by admin
  • Bonus credited after referred user activates subscription
  • Bonus may have a lock period before withdrawal
  • Self-referrals or fake accounts will result in account termination

Support Tickets

Getting Help:
  1. Go to Support from your dashboard menu
  2. Click "New Ticket"
  3. Enter subject and describe your issue
  4. Submit the ticket
  5. You'll receive email confirmation
  6. Check back for admin responses
You can only have one open ticket at a time. Close resolved tickets before creating new ones.
