2. Service Description
Invest is an investment platform that pools subscription fees from users and invests them in various sectors including but not limited to cryptocurrency trading, forex markets, stock trading, and other financial instruments. Profits or losses generated from these activities are distributed equally among all active subscribed users on a daily basis.
3. Investment Risk Disclosure
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
- No Guaranteed Returns: There is absolutely no guarantee that you will receive any profit or return on your investment. You may receive nothing beyond your initial subscription access.
- Potential for Losses: Our trading activities may result in losses. These losses will be distributed equally among all active subscribers, which means your account balance may decrease.
- Subscription Fee is at Risk: The subscription fee you pay is used for investment purposes. While we strive to generate profits, market conditions can result in partial or complete loss of the invested capital.
- Past Performance Not Indicative: Any past profits or returns shown on the platform do not guarantee future results. Markets are unpredictable and volatile.
- Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency and financial markets are highly volatile. Values can fluctuate dramatically within short periods.
- No Refunds: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of investment outcomes.
4. How We Operate
- We collect subscription fees from all active users.
- These funds are pooled and invested across multiple sectors by our professional trading team.
- We aim to generate consistent profits but cannot guarantee them.
- On profitable days, earnings are distributed equally among all active subscribers.
- On days with losses, the loss amount is distributed equally among all active subscribers.
- There may be days with no distribution at all due to market conditions or no trading activity.
5. User Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
- Only one account is permitted per person.
- Only @gmail.com email addresses are accepted for registration.
- Phone numbers must be valid, digits only, minimum 10 digits.
6. Subscription and Payments
- The subscription fee is $15.00 per subscription period.
- All subscription payments are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: investment losses, platform dissatisfaction, account termination, or change of mind.
- Subscription duration is set by the platform administration (default 365 days).
- Upon expiration, users must renew their subscription to continue participating in profit/loss distributions.
- Payments are processed through third-party cryptocurrency payment gateways (Blockchain).
- The platform reserves the right to change the subscription fee at any time with prior notice.
7. Profit and Loss Distribution
- Distributions occur at the sole discretion of the platform administration.
- Distribution amounts are determined solely by the administration.
- Both profits and losses are distributed equally among all active subscribed users.
- A "profit" distribution credits your account balance positively.
- A "loss" distribution debits your account balance negatively.
- There is no fixed schedule for distributions. They may occur daily, occasionally, or not at all.
- Only users with active, non-expired subscriptions are eligible for distributions.
- The platform is not obligated to make any minimum number of distributions.
8. Withdrawals
- Users may request withdrawals of their available balance through approved withdrawal methods.
- Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform.
- All withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the administration.
- The platform reserves the right to reject or delay withdrawal requests for security verification.
- Users must provide accurate payment details for withdrawal processing.
9. Referral Program
- Users may earn referral bonuses by inviting new users through their unique referral link.
- Referral bonuses are credited only when the referred user activates their subscription by making a payment.
- Referral bonuses may be subject to a lock period before becoming available for withdrawal.

- Fraudulent referrals (fake accounts, self-referrals) will result in account termination and forfeiture of all bonuses and balances.

- Attempting to manipulate the profit distribution system
- Using automated scripts, bots, or any form of automation
- Engaging in any fraudulent or illegal activities
- Harassing or abusing other users or platform staff
- Attempting to hack, exploit, or reverse engineer the platform
11. Account Termination
The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms. Users whose accounts are terminated for policy violations forfeit any remaining balance, subscription benefits, and referral earnings.
12. Limitation of Liability
- Invest is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
- The platform, its owners, administrators, and affiliates are not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users.
- You acknowledge that you are investing at your own risk and may lose your entire subscription fee.
- The platform is not liable for technical issues, downtime, data loss, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
- We do not provide financial advice. All investment decisions and their consequences are your sole responsibility.
- In no event shall our liability exceed the amount of your current subscription fee.
13. Acknowledgment of Risk
By using this platform and making a payment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- You understand the risks involved in cryptocurrency and financial market investments.
- You are using funds that you can afford to lose.
- You have read and understood this risk disclosure.
- You will not hold the platform responsible for any investment losses.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results.
